Your information

Privacy

We use limited first-party analytics, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for site measurement and never send form or email contents to analytics providers.

What we collect

Bali Recovery uses limited first-party analytics to count page views, anonymous sessions, active time on a page, maximum scroll depth, referral source, broad device category and clicks on important navigation choices. We do not copy form or email contents into analytics.

The first-party analytics identifier exists only in your browser tab and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not store your IP address, full browser signature, name, email address or an account identifier in our analytics database.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel

The site loads Google Analytics and Meta Pixel after your first interaction or a short delay to measure visits and outreach without holding up the initial page load. These providers may receive your IP address, browser information, page address and their own cookie or account identifiers. Meta may associate activity with a Meta account when you are signed in. We disable Google advertising signals and do not send form contents.

Google and Meta process and retain this information under their own privacy terms. Bali Recovery uses these services for aggregate measurement and campaign evaluation, not to diagnose a condition or make a treatment decision about an identifiable person.

Why technical logs exist

Cloudflare may process limited request data to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose reliability problems. We do not use those logs to infer a person’s health condition, treatment history or recovery status.

External links

The site retains direct links to official meeting directories and, where needed, emergency or public-safety services. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Following an external link is not an endorsement and may disclose referral information to the destination through normal browser behaviour.

Storage, access and deletion

First-party analytics are sent to our own same-site endpoint and stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database that is available only to the site Worker. Raw first-party page and event records are retained for no more than 180 days. We use them only to improve content, navigation and service journeys; we do not sell them or use them to make decisions about an identifiable person.

Because the analytics identifier is anonymous and short-lived, we generally cannot locate one visitor’s records later.
